Delivery & Return Policy
Returns
1. Timeframe:
- You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
2. Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for undergarments, masks, perfumes, or items of a sensitive nature.
3. Return Process:
- Returns are easy! Simply contact us to arrange a collection. We’ll handle the logistics free of charge for South African locations, but only for your first return. Additional returns from the same order may incur delivery fees.
- Please note: Returns for international orders are not currently supported.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
1. Eligibility:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’ll gladly assist, subject to stock availability.
2. Process:
- Exchanges will be delivered to the original shipping address, unless you advise us otherwise during the process.
3. Additional Costs:
- Exchanges that are not due to product defects may incur courier costs.
Refunds
1. Inspection and Processing:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days.
2. Late or Missing Refunds:
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. Reporting Issues:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear images to help us assess the issue promptly.
2. Resolutions:
- After inspection, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit for defective items, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Items
1. Reporting Incorrect Deliveries:
- If you received the wrong item or size, contact us to log the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and ensure the correct item is sent to you.
